Provide for all cold potentially hazardous foods to be held at 41°F or below at all times except during necessary periods of preparation. Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units. 1. Thermometer is broken in hot dog cooler. 2. Thermometer is broken in the small tornado freezer. Observed the following food products to be improperly stored. Soda lines were found on the floor in the back dry storage area. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor. 750.130 Next Inspection
